Admissions at GGB Royal International School
Welcome to GGB Royal International School! We understand that choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make as a parent. We are here to make the admission process as simple, clear, and stress-free as possible for your family.

How to Apply for Admission
Follow these simple steps to secure a seat for your child:
1. Get the Admission Form
You can collect the admission form directly from our school reception between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). If you need any help understanding the form, our office staff will happily assist you in filling it out.
2. Submit the Form and Documents
Fill in the required details and submit the form at the school office along with the necessary documents (listed below).
3. Meet and Greet (Interaction)
Once the form is submitted, we will invite you and your child for a casual meeting with our Principal or teachers. This is not a strict interview—it is simply a chance for us to get to know your child and for you to ask any questions you may have about the school.
4. Confirm Admission and Fee Payment
If selected, you will be informed by the school office. You can then confirm your child’s admission by paying the first-term school fees and collecting their uniform and book list.
Documents Required at the Time of Admission
Please bring clear photocopies of the following documents when you come to submit the form. (Please also bring the original documents just for checking).
- Birth Certificate: Issued by the Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat.
- Aadhar Cards: Photocopies of the child’s Aadhar card as well as the parents’ Aadhar cards.
- Photographs: 4 recent passport-size color photographs of the child, and 2 photographs of the parents/guardians.
- Previous Class Result (For Class 2 onwards): The final report card or marksheet from the child’s previous school.
- Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate (For Class 2 onwards): Original TC from the previous school (countersigned by the education department if coming from a different board or state).
Age Criteria (As per Government Rules)
- For Nursery/Pre-KG: The child should be at least 3 years old by March 31st of the admission year.
- For Class 1: The child should be at least 6 years old by March 31st of the admission year.
